A warm welcome to our "Koare Konda Kids' Community Forum". This site is an attempt to bring together all the children who call themselves flesh and blood of the remote Koare. It is an avenue to talk about our struggles, our location and remoteness, how our fore fathers have managed to inhabit the Koare valley, how we have been left behind in the doldrums in total despair and pessimism since Papua New Guinea got independence on the 16th September 1975, and is an avenue to chart our future forward with God's help. As we aspire to make our dreams come to reality one day, someday, it is important for us to set goals. We have to be aware that setting goals are not easy as they appear to be only an illusion, something that we might not even achieve in life. However, it is important to set small goals in life first, then in the long run set bigger goals based on your experiences. We have to be aware that our goals, dreams and aspirations will not be fulfilled unless we take full responsibility for ourselves, which include our actions and attitudes. Actions are personal day to day duties and social responsibilities that we execute while attitudes are what other people see us as being. We can have good actions and intentions but when our attitudes speak otherwise, other people will see it and talk differently. Hence, actions and attitudes have to be personalized so that we move forward in an acceptable manner. These things will not just come about by themselves, we have to learn from what we have done and where we have gone wrong. The moment we reflect on our past, we will surely acquire goodness and better solutions to our problems. At the same time we know for sure that life is not easy. Life is about struggles and obstacles. These are elements that will bring us down and become stagnant from moving forward. Take struggles and obstacles as tools for change so that you make alternative decisions for your life. That means when one way does not work, look for other options and possibilities with the hope of seeing change. One important aspect of our journey needs to be personal codes of conduct. We have to know that personal codes of conduct allow us to persevere in life and it brings us new and renewed hope for better. It is also important to listen and read about some inspirational stories. These are stories of struggles and success, stories of fallen and uplifted, and stories of facing challenges and turning them into change. This is of course what we need to "Keep on Moving". We need to move on in life. As you flip through the pages of this website/blog, you will read stories of success and failure, you will read stories of remoteness and struggles, you will read stories of hardships and cold moments, you will read stories of doom and gloom, and you will read stories of disharmony and disconnectedness; but one thing for sure this new generation of Koare Konda Kids will bring is new hope and team work, connectedness and raising the bar to see real development in our remote Koare. This has been lacking in Koare since independence. We wish to regain and reclaim this lost birthright of ours. A birthright from the heavens and it belongs to us, something that was sent from heaven but robbed by dogs and wolves. We need our birthright back. Ladies and gentle men, as you browse through this website you will see sadness, you will see struggles but one thing for sure is that we Koare Konda Kids are still alive. God gave us life and will-power to overcome hardships and struggles to achieve our dreams and aspirations. We need your unreserved support towards our efforts and struggles, we need your team work and brotherhood connections. Help us and we will help our remote Koare Konda. Happy reading of our pages and thank you. May the Good Lord continue to bless you, your families and open your hearts more as you look through the pages and future with optimism.
