The "Koare Rural Development Association" is ready now for registration.
To meet the time frame that uncle John Rombo has given, we have to start submitting the forms and
the Constitution now. I have completed the Constitution and it's ready
for registration. This is a good news for the Koare Konda Kids.
However, to submit the forms, the following steps are followed and there is some
amount of money is required for the registration process to take effect.
1. We have to pay the forms for K70.00

2. Fill in the forms and lodge it with the constitution, signature is
not required at this point, only names of the office bearers are
required but signature important when trying to open an account, which
will be later after proper meeting. Lodgement fee K300.00
3. After two weeks, they will call me and ill go and get the copy and
advertise it on the Newspaper, for the advertisement it normally takes
K400.00 normally but due to the LNG thing it now went up to K600.00..they
will wait for two weeks for any complains raised against the
Association Name by any parties, if nothing happens than, with the
copy of the newspaper will go lodge in other form and this is final
step..
4. After this, we will wait for the certificate but it may take 4 to 5
months or sometimes may take too long. But there is a way to have it done quickly.
