Dear All Koare Konda Kids,
Please I would kindly ask each an everyone Koare Konda Kid to contribute ideas towards
formulating the Objectives of Koare Rural Development Association.
This is the only part of the Constitution that needs the colaborative
ideas from every member of the Assocaition, so long as you are from Koare. This will also go on to
the Association form so please send me your creative ideas as of
today. I will register it next week once I receive all information from you folks.
The following are the ones that I have already included them, so
anyone has any comments can either add or subtract; please do so as soon as possible.
1.1 The objectives for which the Association is established are:
a) To protect and represent interest of community over any such
matters in regard to basic services like school, health, road systems,
agriculture & livestock, law & order, public water supply etc..
b) To promote, improve and educate all members of KOARE RURAL
DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION to earn sustainable living.
c) To encourage and promote income generation avenues to greater
participation by members;
d) Equal participation when distribution of Associations' wealth and resources;
e) To encourage and promote private business activities in the
District Level and to support education and promote business
activities in the Area;
f) To protect and represent interest of community over any such
matters in regard to land development issues.
g) To prohibit the payment of any dividend or payment in the future of
a dividend to its members, and
h) To do all such things as are incidental conducive to the attainment
of the objects or any of them.
i) To apply the profits (if any) or any other income in promoting its
objects; and
j) To act as a forum through which issues/problems happening in the
area concerned can be discussed and rectify immediately.
k) To provide a forum for contacts advice and discussions of questions
of common interest and information services;
l) Any other objects the Executive considers from time to time to be
in the best interest of the district and province as a whole.
Thank you all and I welcome any commentary, ideas and directions which will help to
establish the "Koare Rural Developent Association".
