K3 Million Allocation for Koare High School

Dear Everyone from Koare,
The news about the SHP provincial government's allocation of K3 million is a great, humbling and welcome news for the remote Koare people and this is first of its kind ever done by any functioning government in SHP and PNG.  Mr. Joel Raitano and our Governor, Mr. Anderson Agiru need to be highly commended and appreciated for such a massive help for the good of Koare people.  Koare people have been left out and behind in the wilderness and doldrums for far too long and now we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.  Joel is quite proactive towards this endeavour and it is so pleasing for him to do that.  As Koare Konda Kids we need to be proud and see how we can all help more in our individual ways as well as collectively.  So thank you Mr. Joel Raitano and Mr. Anderson Agiru for this great help and if the Koare bush people were dogs they would wagg their tails until it fell apart. Thank you, thank you and ora keae andai lalora for a job well done.  To our other brothers and sisters from Koare, I have three ideas which need to be brought to your attention:
1.  Individualized Action:  If you look at how we are moving and living our lives, we are not connected to each other. Koare is such a small, enclaved setting where we basically know each other by name and face, whose son/daughter is who and comes from which village.  However, when it comes to things to promote Koare we are so individualized, meaning one person is doing one thing and another person is doing another thing.  This is good but at least everyone is aware of what is happening and how things will be flowing to help Koare people.  I am referring to those of us who are educated.  This calls for effective communication and networking by members of Koare.  However, at the moment there is no collective forum to do that and there is an urgent need to have one and the proposed "Koare Rural Development Association" is being formed to fill that gap.  This is a postive and the most desired pathway if we are to move on and reckon with by the Pangians and Ialibuans who often and day-in-day-out call us wayback, back-page and pekepiri carriers.
2.  Collective Action:  When many heads work together towards a common good you will see that work is made easier and the project itself becomes well executed and quality output is the end result.  Everyone is aware of what action to take and when everyone contributes towards the project, things kick off expeditiously for better and quality results.  Everyone's ideas and perspectives are vital for success when it comes to collective action.  Everyone's vews and perspectives are respected and valued for common good. But at the end of the day there is filtering process in which only good and positive thinking  is encouraged and promoted and anything that is regarded as negative is discarded through collective decision making process.  In so doing, everyone takes responsibility and ownership; hence they take full responsibility for its implementation process as well as the outcomes. In my view the "Koare Rural Development Association' is the most appropriate forum for us to work together as a team and move this enclaved rural wayback, back-paged land called Koare forward.  When no one dares and cares, there is no action and nothing will take off sooner and in the years to come.  Our people will still be in the same old-age doldrums for the years to come and the Pangians and Ialibuans will continue to prey on us, use us as tools for their success stories, and and turn around demean us by calling all kinds of names.  We have to collectively say we have had enough of this crap and shit over the so many number of years and this time come around we will fight the course for better recognition and advancement.
3.  Persistence for Common Good:  I would encourage and challenge everyone from Koare to keep moving, going and fighting despite all odds and obstacles in life and along the pathway.  You and I know how far and where we have come from in those formative years when you struggled too hard, 10 times more than an everage Kaguan, Ialibuan or Pangian kid, to get educated in Koare, to Kagua/Ialibu and Pangia High Schools despite being robbed, assaulted our little things and pocket money taken and through toil and self sacrifice.  We can say we have become winners in our own right. Individual persistence and undurance over the years has paid off when we are able to get paid jobs, receive our pay checks every two weeks, drive around in nice cars and live in good homes in towns and cities.  At least we can say our individual persistence and perseverence has paid off to some extent.  It's worthy to acknowldge this fact wherever we are and whatever we do.  However, at the back of our minds, we must know that we are going back to that land, that enclaved rural home called Koare.  So how can you help for common good?  Ask yourself what you want the next generation of Koares Kids to be???  How can you and I help so that through individual as well as collective action, we can deliberately put a small mark for others to see and follow.  So that you can tell a little story about it to your own kids how you have struggled in your own lives and then help others.  So that you can be proud and know that at least you have contributed and done something for common good for the Koare Kids.
4.  Koare Rural Development Association:  This association will be registered on Monday, 04/12/2011 in Port Moresby  by Tonny Kondo who is taking carriage of the registration process.  This is a good news and I am proud of it.  I hope the Association Certificate comes out quickly (even before Christmas woud be great) so we have our first meeting and elect proper office bearers.  God is a just and equal God and I am sure He will help us prosper and move on for better.  If God knows that we had been robbed off our birthrights bu greedy and selfish individuals and groups, He will surely bless us and make us prosper.  God does not want anyone to suffer on tghis beautiful earth He created Himself. Veryone should be satisfied and smiling and live a happy life and in return all He desores is nothing other then to PRAISE AND WORSHIP HIM AND GIVE GLORY BACK TO HIM.  For the first meeting I will put up a paid advertisement in the National and Post Courier newS papers for all Koare men/women to attend wherever you may be around the country. However, nonetheless I am operating from the Middle East and it is extremely hard for me but I have to do it for common good.  If you Koare Kids who are in POM and PNG had taken charge of this woud be really much appreciated as so many things can become much easier.  If you come up and say you want to take charge of this and that of course you will be allowed as we need everyone's support and help.  So lets keep the fire burning and we will be there someday sooner.  One thing, I found out myself is that when you stick together as a team, be on the same page and speak the same language, it's like glue and medicine to attract others, they will fall in place and fall in line.  Where there is common understanding, cohesniveness and team effort, nothing in this world is hard, we can do it for our remote homeland; Koare.

I hope to see many ideas coming in soon for common good.
Thank you.
